Africa's carriers' carrier WIOCC is further strengthening its presence in Africa by bringing in three experienced senior telecoms industry professionals: Darren Bedford, from PCCW (formely Gateway Communicaions);
Martin Mutiiria, from Nokia Siemens Networks; and Jason Tutty from Reliance Globalcom.
