John Sihra, Chairman

John is Chairman of WIOCC. His background is in telecommunications engineering with over 30 years industry experience, most of it at senior management levels.

John has worked on major telecommunications projects in the Middle East and assignments in Africa, as well as providing consultancy to, amongst others, the ITU – BDT in Geneva, the EU in Brussels, Government of Latvia, Government of Zanzibar when it set up Zantel, and the SNO in Tanzania.
